Hello my lovely followers,
I have a question...
Would you do or have you done a long distance relationship?
Yes..No..Maybe.. Please tell me what you think.
If you have done a long distance relationship then share your experience with me! My friend needs advice greatly and I know a lot of you have so much knowledge to give in the whole love and dating department. I can tell her my views but its still not good enough sometimes. I figure she likes hearing second opinions or my advice is to blunt and not what she wants to hear. Lol im not sure. I would aprriecate your comments. Thanks in advance !

Well, I really think it depends on the two people, but I would probably say no, because I think even though you could call that person on the phone, Skype them, etc., it's still hard to build a relationship with someone that you can't actually be with!
ReplyDeleteEven though I'm sure there are a lot of people out there that would be faithful to their significant other during a long-distance relationship, I personally would be concerned about cheating! It would be hard to tell if my partner is being faithful if I can't actually be with them! :/
So yeah, I guess it depends on the person, if they have known each other for quite a while, and they want to take it to the next level, long-distance, then I guess that would be okay, but I personally, wouldn't want to be in a long-distance relationship. :)
Hope I helped.
Have a great day,
Maya'lee :D
I have been in a long distance relationship. It really depends on the two that are in the relationship. If you want it to work then it will work. There are many different scenarios that could be applied to this topic. Long distance relationships are hard, stressful, nerve racking, but worth it all if it is really what you want. Your friend just has to decide how bad she/he wants it.
ReplyDeleteThis is my view only.
P.S. - the Give*A*Way on my site started today! :}
This is a really broad question that needs to be applied on a case-by-case basis. Long distance relationships are tough, and it takes two very special people to make it work. Ridiculous amounts of trust, patience, faithfulness, and love are required in order for a long distance relationship to be successful.
ReplyDeleteThank you ladies. You all mentioned good points and things to worry about. I think it is a case-by-case basis like how you said Megan.
ReplyDeleteElizabeth-I will check it out, thanks!
